To make anything great, you have to give it time, and that’s exactly what we’re doing. Currently, our Bourbon is in the aging process and should be ready for purchase this winter. In order to create a taste and aroma of sophistication that will accurately depict our history and the environment we hope the bourbon creates, we will be meticulously monitoring the aging process in order to provide you with the product at just the right time.
